      Pros

      Great work atmosphere - I've never had such a positive environment in which I truly admired and got along with everyone in my office. There's a lot of potential to move up in the company if you do well.

      Cons

      I was in a unique position because I was hired in an office abroad. I was the only American in the office and was being paid wages that were normal in that country - which is about 3x less what I would have made doing the same thing in the U.S. and a barely livable wage for that city. I stuck it out for a few months for the experience, but after a performance review in which I was told I was doing an amazing job but would not receive the raise I requested, I left.

      Pros

      Opportunity for overtime pay, decent work-life balance for about 9 months out of the year (excluding busy season when you are expected and in some instances required to work late and/or on weekends), casual fridays, good benefits, nice people, supportive environment

      Cons

      monotonous case work, very high volume, busy season (Jan-March) where you are all but required to work late into the night and on weekends, dreary office environment, located in financial district (that may be a plus for some but not for me)

      Long work days especially during cap season and management can show favoritism. Not really a place to advance your career
