      Great exposure to international clients and processes; opportunities to specialize; allowed to work from home twice a week; generous pension plan; relaxed atmosphere in the office; dynamic and growing practice; opportunities for business travel within Europe and international secondments.

      It is a very busy office, clients can be very demanding, work is complex, expectations are high.

      Pros

      Great training, friendly colleagues and a team mentality. The senior employees, supervising paralegals and attorneys in the Irvine office are great. Management is willing to to work with you to approve any PTO requests. There are plenty opportunities to earn OT as well.

      Cons

      Minimal interaction between colleagues of similar positions, but this is due in large part to the sheer volume of cases each team is responsible for.
