      - Team Members: truly a collaborative culture and environment to work in. - Technology and Tools: the case management tools and tech make the fast paced and high volume case load manageable. Investment in Staff Development: Having worked in four different Fragomen offices, there was a consistency and focus in staff development and personal growth. - Leadership - positive role models and overall good leadership
