Pros

This company offers competitive benefits, and no micromanaging superiors. The general office ambiance is pleasant, the break room has a great view, and there are free beverages, coffee, and sodas in the break room. Plenty of space to separate yourself from others.

Cons

The work may sometimes overwhelm. The people you are servicing don't always have the best attitude and the pay is less than you would expect with the level of stress this job puts on you. Your work is never over.

Pros

22 PTO days, laid back about dress code, plenty of time for breaks and flexibility to leave a little early when needed

Cons

Everything seems to be templated for paralegals and is boring as hell. Foreign nationals can be a handful depending on the client.

Pros

The firm is trying to make things better by actually listening to their employees. Perks: Overtime, PTO, Work from home, Bagel Friday's, free food, extravagant firm parties. It is a very odd culture but if you can get past that you can find some great and long lasting friends.

Cons

Work environment can be very hostile and quiet at times. The team environment is helpful, but if your team is strapped another team will not help you (they most likely won't speak to you either). Turnover is high because upper management does not seem to care much about the growth of their own employees. The amount of work can be overbearing, mundane and extremely stressful (all at the same time), it is common to watch people crumble. "The Golden Chains" = Great benefits to compensate for demanding amounts of work.
