      Pros

      Very professional processes followed .It is easy to learn the process .I Joined during the Pandemic where the option is to work from home .Initially I thought it would be difficult to learn the new process online ,as this was a really new field for me .My previous background has been customer service .

      Cons

      As we are working from home now ,I feel it is hard to build up a team spirit . As a new joiner I feel left out in some group discussions ,could be mainly as I have joined during this online work culture . More focus to be given to that above point by the team leads ,so that they can understand the Strengths of the new Joiner .Also include them in briefing sessions ,appreciate their efforts . Also having a group discussion at least once a week within the team.

      - The culture is unique, everyone from Managing Partner down is genuinely approachable, friendly and eager for you to feel part of the team from Day 1 - Open to change, keen to engage with employees to share their ideas on how to make things better, and listen to different perspectives. - Great benefits, there's a keen focus on being a responsible business with initiatives owned and run by business leaders and champions such as wellbeing, diversity, equality and inclusion, corporate and social responsibility, environment and sustainability. - Interesting work that makes an impact.

      Cons

      None yet. In theory its difficult joining a new organisation during a pandemic, operating remotely but there's a clear remobilisation strategy and measures in place to make it as easy as possible to work remotely and build relationships, even as new joiner.
