      Your coworkers are your #1 resource, everyone is very knowledgeable and supportive of one another. Open door policy and the opportunity for growth and internal mobility. Flexible hours and time off. Great company to work for overall.

      Pros

      The experience tends to vary by team - I happen to be on a good team but there are some that are just terrible (based on my experience of being shifted from team to team). So, one pro is that you might end up on a good team. Other than that - free bagels on Fridays (though it would be nice to cut out the free bagels and give some type of Christmas bonus, even if it is just $20 per employee - every bit helps in ny).

      Cons

      Where to begin. Upper management, including the attorneys, doesnt really seem to care about paralegals or other support staff. They treat them as tho they can be replaced. Sweatshop for sure. All are expected to work on Saturdays. The attorneys do not do a good job managing client expectations at ALL so entitled clients contact everyone constantly. Pay needs to increase if you refuse to hire more support staff.

      Pros

      great team environment. Work hard but there is definitely a work/life balance. Lawyers are very accessible. Not a stuffy law firm. Very rewarding because you are helping people.
