      good training and development, excellent associates who care about the development of advisors and support junior team members, high ethical standards

      Cons

      senior associates do not have high levels of knowledge anymore - should only be promoted after they become accredited, long hours expected by senior associates, high staff turnover nationally and redundancies are common.

      Secure job, easy to pass the interview, good for building up admin/ office skills, progression available if wanted, can make some nice friends if placed in the right team

      Cons

      Monotonous work, very low starting salary- rubbish and slightly degrading in fact, certain teams can be very cliquey and you can therefore have an awful time there and end up leaving due to this, high turnover due to management and job role nature, my training sparse and disjointed
