      This is a great firm - the management is very committed to the professional growth of the Assistant Paralegal I employees. There are many opportunities to develop skills and to take on varied leadership roles within your team - as well as to advance through the Paralegal career ladder. Their highly developed Paralegal career track is very unique and one of the most positive aspects of my career here.

      Pros

      1. Your coworkers - the hiring committee really knows how to pick the best and brightest. 2. Challenging work - the Paralegals learn to do everything the Attorneys do except for recruiting new clients

      Cons

      The company does not seem to care about keeping Paralegals. They would rather train and hire new Paralegals than pay for a raise or other incentives for their current employees. As a result, there is a very large turnover rate among Paralegals within the firm. Eventually, doing 100% of the drafting and most of the client communication for 1/3 - 1/5 the pay of the Attorneys and Partners gets old.
