      great location in FiDi with up-to-date office technology, free bagels and jeans allowed on Fridays

      poor office morale, facilities are depressing, management is clueless as to how to run a business

      Assistant Paralegal-Horrible Experience

      This position rewards the intellectually curious.

      Cons

      As stated accurately by a past review, this is a legal sweat shop and an oppressive place to work. They don't care about their Assistant Paralegals as they tend to hire young straight-out-of college students who will do anything to land a decent paying job. There is minimal to no training for the expectations of the position and when things are not going right, they tend to blame the AP's for everything. It's hard to know what the Supervising AP's and Managing attorneys do besides monitor their emails and make sure APs respond on their behalf. It's a very strange work environment and, I'm sure, if their clients knew about the rapid over turn of employees they would question Fragomen's quality of work.
