In response to your points - Unlike in some other countries, Fragomen doesn't operate as a law firm in Ireland, and many of our staff in Dublin don't have law degrees. While we're always looking for people with business immigration experience, we consider candidates from all backgrounds, and are proud of the career paths we provide for all employees, regardless of law degree. We are also in the process of revamping our training and development programs globally. - We acknowledge that, as the world's leading immigration services firm, we often have demanding caseloads , and work life balance is often a challenge here. However, we've taken steps to address this locally in Dublin by adding significant headcount in the last year, and exploring other ways to improve efficiencies.
