      A great global company with a good team, willing to help you constantly

      Departure times are hardly respected The office is small for the number of workers The salary should be adjusted and be fairer for the amount of hours worked.

      Excellent training as well as depth/breadth of work experience/skills developed.

      Cons

      Low end of the compensation scale. Too focused on growth of the company, at the expense of employee development and progression. Over-emphasis on head offices in the west. Claims to promote internal mobility, but options and support is lacking/non-existent (help when convenient is not support - nothing is ever convenient) for most employees.

      It is a Global and prestigious company. It has a good working environment. Flexible working hours.

      Cons

      Lack of benefits to the employees (apart from remuneration). Tons of work for a small team. We need a better training process for the new hires.
