      Work atmosphere is awesome. Average age of employees is 30 -35 . So you will find like minded people Best option for lady employees

      Cons

      Salary (but hike is good) Growth. There is no growth in this firm as you are bound to do one work through out your career with fragomen.

      Excellent work environment and culture, with very friendly staff (including senior management) with a fair amount of contributions to make staff working quality good. There is also a good work-life balance.

      Sometimes dealings can be very bureaucratic, pay can be better considering rate of growth
