      Pros

      Large firm. Wide range of exposure to immigration issues. Salary.

      Cons

      Some of the attorneys were not very nice, demanding and didn't explain the work clearly. Also, you work under a senior paralegal, and don't have direct contact with attorneys.

      The people are nice. Salary is pretty good for entry level

      Cons

      Very slow upward mobility for paralegals. Raises are very minimal and occur annually if at all given. There is a very clear divide between paralegals and attorneys. The paralegals are basically the very bottom of the food chain. They seem to work the hardest/most, but aren't appreciated. Rather, paralegals are only noticed when they make a mistake and not when they do good work. Not very good benefits for paralegals
