      Pros

      Like most companies during the pandemic they were fair on flexibility

      Cons

      For a company that strives on diversity, equity and inclusion. It has a poor way of showing or applying what the preach. Management is very bias, and tone deaf when it comes to diversity. They don't care to learn how to deal with other cultures. Associates are allowed to treat administrative staff very badly only because they bring money to the firm. If you are a minority this is not a good place for you.

      Environment exposes one to immigration law if you want to go to Law school could be a place to start.

      Cons

      Bad benefits , low pay, long hours, loads of work, atmosphere is low in vibration. Doesn’t seem like anyone wants to be there. There is a power structure that is prevalent.
