Pros
Friendly, approachable bosses and teams. Discouraged from working overtime at my level, we invariably log off as soon as it is the end of our shift. A lot of freedom allowed in terms of tasks - I am not restricted to tasks normally assigned to my job level/title, but am also able to complete tasks for the level above - this keeps things interesting and allows me to learn. Possibility of /opportunities for promotion - the firm like to promote from within.
Cons
The shift pattern - the company do not take into account personal factors before changing your shift. The salary is low - especially considering what I said in the pros about tasks.
