      Pros

      My supervising attorneys are very nice to the paralegals. They have been very supportive of letting me take the assignments I want. I enjoy the company’s atmosphere/culture. I find most of my work to be enjoyable.

      Cons

      It’s a lot of work, although you make overtime. Foreign nationals/HR reps will get randomly mad at you about things they are misunderstanding, even if you do nothing wrong, because it’s high stress of them. Company is bad at tech, although just bought a tech company, so we’ll see.
