-Catty Micromanaging Upper Management -Attorneys are very critical but prefer to speak with managers about their critiques instead of the employees who are actually doing the work so there is no trust -No one speaks to each other in the office -Management does not recognize good work but instead says “That is your job and what you’re supposed to do” (Yes, this actually happened) -VERY stressful work for low pay! -High turnover rate -Training is non existent, instead management expects you to go to them with questions without a solid foundation of knowledge -Drafting petitions that are all over the place and no clear standard of how to set them up correctly -Toxic work environment
