      Very misleading and disappointing

      Pros

      They have a great office location.

      Cons

      You are thrown under the bus without any training and instructions. When you ask for assistance from co-workers and attorneys, you are give mixed answers which leaves you more confused. If you are not an attorney, you are nobody. Older staff members will find ways to blame the new employee for everything. The higher management are all about billable hours and don't care much about how the work is being done. You are given no feedback on how you should improve your performance.

      Cons: The environment can feel cliquey, with advancement and opportunities often tied more to internal relationships than merit Noticeable power dynamics, where decision-making is top-heavy and junior attorneys have limited autonomy Much of the work is paperpushing and form-driven, with little opportunity to develop litigation, strategy, or advocacy skills Attorneys often function more like case managers than lawyers, which can be frustrating for those seeking substantive legal growth Limited transparency around promotion paths and professional development
