Pros

You will make good money, benefits are good. they will not drug test new hires so getting in even with a felony record is easy. However if you get hurt, they will. You don't have to be vaccinated either.

Cons

Overtime is called last minute which is hard on employees families, daycare options and employees. very clique-ish, will promote not for skill but if they like you. No training for new hires, you will get a day or two to shadow each position then learn on the fly. Extremely toxic and stressful. You won't see upper management during the weekends, while you work. Expect 10 to 12 hour days,6 days a week. Has a rigid point system despite the challenges of the pandemic- 6 points you are out. 1 point for a day out/8hrs into a shift, 1/2 point for 3 hours or more missed, 1/4 point if you are late from lunch or leave 2 hours remaining in a shift (doctor/dental/mental health visits are pointed). The upper management promotes a bully and gaslighting culture and does not recognize or praise good work. Does not follow CDC guidelines or enforce masks or cleaning. Encourages sick folks to come in for the need of having people to produce for the business with threats of being pointed out or being written up. You feel like just a number and half the managers won't know your name.

Pros

Working with customers provides new and interesting challenges everyday. Most of the people who work here are nice, there aren't really any cliques.

Cons

There is a constant and almost intentional division between customer experience and production that makes work difficult. Any new employee will see a dozen issues and will try to bring them up with potential solutions: I promise you, they are known and have been known for years. The company has all of this money to expand the stores, but apparently no money for raises. There's a reason the turnover is so high, and don't be surprised when one of the managers leaves around holiday season. It's become a tradition.
