working remotely, work from home

Cons

Not honest about position offered and hired for, training is the absolute worst I've encountered in a retail environment, no organization and poor communication across the board. Their final product is consistently poor quality, more returns than purchases, which matches their knowledge of custom framing and customer service, nonexistent. Not to mention, no respect for staff or customers in any way, their benefits are terrible, and the culture is uncomfortable.. Most disorganized company out there.

Pros

Encouraging and positive work environment within the store itself but also between the store and corporate. A retail experience that is reliant on connecting to clients and providing creative solutions.

Cons

Processes and operations change often due to expansion within the company.

Pros

Relaxed office atmosphere and good benefits

Cons

Mismanaged across the business. Overly focused on branding but can’t get marketing spend under control. No effective leadership in operations and tech is slow to provide the needed support to scale. 2-3 people at the top control the direction of the company and they are doing a poor job. Kissing the CEO’s behind might get you promotions and raises but you’re screwing her over.
