      Hard work does not pay off

      Pros

      Lots of overtime, easy jobs, co.puter experience a plus

      Cons

      Mandatory overtime, 12 hr shifts, low wages, no Christmas bonus for those who put in mandatory shifts during peak without missing, those who could not afford babysitters for extra hours were still put on shifts they were unable to work, no upward mobility if you do not enjoy changing schedules every 2 to 3 months, low qualitywork makes lots of returns.

      Great atmosphere, cool people three free frames as a benefit was cool.

      Highest Performance Team I Have Ever Worked With!

      Pros

      Product and customer experience is amazing - it's such a privilege to stand behind a product that makes our customers so happy. Team is incredibly competent and agile, with strong tone set by the CEO and senior management. I've worked with and learned from more All-Stars in my time at Framebridge than at all my previous companies combined. Recently brought on several super-accomplished C-Level leaders to help guide the company into the next phase of scaling. Team is super passionate about company and it shows in the work. The company has a huge opportunity to become a major ecommerce player.

      Cons

      Growing very rapidly. Solving a lot of problems on the fly which means that things get broken or folks can get passed by in the rush of change.
