Pros

Seeing all the art and coworkers. Diversity

Cons

Inclusion is non existent because of cliques More focus on clock in point system rather then equitable training and career growth. Goal of leaders is to go global without concern for the people who will take there. Lay offs a few times a year is the business model. Mandatory overtime

Pros

You'll get to see some cool art come through the facility They aren't very picky about hiring - if you can accurately read a tape measure down to the 1/8th inch, you can probably get a job there.

Cons

Incompetence from the very top to the very bottom that borders on malicious. HR barely keeps themselves afloat just dealing with the revolving door of employees, they do not have time to care about you. No leeway or consideration given with regards to attendance. Clocking in/out just a few seconds late/early can cause strikes ("points") against you. Continued marketing themselves as a startup for at least 6 months after full acquisition to lure in more hires. They might mention advancement opportunities, but they will absolutely drag their feet and are just leading you on to keep you there longer. Minimum training provided. They'll show you the barest instructions of how to use tools and expect you to learn the rest on the job. On that note, you will be expected to train other hires with no compensation, WHILE maintaining your usual work efficiency. People occasionally visited from the more experienced Kentucky facility, supposedly for training. They provided next to no training and were actually just there to help boost our numbers. They caused far more errors than we usually had. Explanation will not be provided on some mistakes. You can be chastised for messing up an order or damaging customer art, but you will not be provided with photos or details of the mistake so you cannot learn from it. It's hard to remember one specific order from weeks ago when you go through hundreds per day. Mandatory overtime for all/most of the holiday rush (Nov-Dec). Mandatory overtime if your department is lagging behind on expected throughput. You are not a person, just a number to them. The only solidarity you will find is in your fellow employees who are also dealing with the horrendous situation. The middle managers are a mixed bag. Some try to care/do what they can, while some have personal agendas and don't care what happens to you as long as they get recognition.

Pros

Good, fair hourly rate. Usually plenty of work.

Cons

It’s a sweatshop. Not enough, work they send you home. Too much work, mandatory overtime. Quotas and goals change daily. Management is quite incompetent.
