Pros

If you are clueless on basic sales, you will be drilled as if you are a telemarketer on exactly what you will say to each customer....and when.

Cons

During "Training" you will receive almost no contact with a human being. You are sentenced to full time computer training. If you are summoned by your trainer, you will do all of his duties to get the car to detail, go get me this car in New Jersey, or Maryland, gas up this car, shovel the walk, clean off all the cars and any other duty he "Trainer" wants done. No training is given on the basic way the company does business in the back room. Sales Managers only give you numbers. NO TRAINING!! Your "trainer is a salesperson who has been with the Co. For less than a year. Good Luck. REVOLVING DOOR!

Pros

I have nothing good to say. This company continues to treat it's employers worse but it seems Fred only cares about the padding in his pockets.

Cons

Uncaring HR and Management. Expect maximum work for minimum pay, Also if profits fall, they'll just adjust your pay scale to make up for it.

Pros

Opportunities for high earning potential (commission, sales bonuses, etc.)

Cons

The hours can be pretty horrible: unless you have major seniority, you have to work 2 "bell to bells" aka be in at 8:30am until close (9pm on weekdays). But you can end up way past close if you have a customer keeping you there. Then you have either an 8:30-5pm shift or a 1-9 shift on your other days--but again, this can change with your customer needs. I also noticed a lot of unfairness, which made it hard to excel being new to both the industry and the company. (Management handing customers to those who had had plenty of business, etc.) The training is pretty outdated, pretty much training on old, sleazy car sales type business.
