Nothing bad to say about people who work here. Everyone works as one big team ready to help everyone else out.

Cons

Leadership from CEO is lacking incredibly. Company is not updated frequently on status of company and you can always know things aren't going well if the CEO is not around or hiding/avoiding any confrontation

Great technology, which is innovative, and interesting to customers.

Cons

Disorganized, lacks effective “leadership” and clear direction across the board. High turnover which includes executives, directors, etc. Chaos. CEO is a micromanager. Benefits and compensation reduced and changed on a whim. If you are a driven, smart, experienced sales person, freepower probably isn’t a good fit for you.
