Working on the water is awesome and being able to take boats out is a huge perk. Flexible hours is a definite plus and the management is supportive.

Cons

Shifts are cancelled on short notice because of weather and no boats going out

Access to boats and being on the water was fun!

Cons

Management expected you to devote your life for 10$ and hour. Quit once they tried to make pay non hourly and wanted you to work overtime for no extra pay!?!
