Pros

Some nice people come through every now and then. Really good at gaslighting which keeps people around a bit longer.

Cons

The negatives posted here as far back as 6 year old are still true. Promises to employees and customers of sparkles and change have zero action behind them.

Wonderful culture = fabulous work environment. WFH is a huge bonus. Fast paced but not high stress which means you can really excel if you really apply yourself.

Cons

Pay is not competitive enough.

Pros

We get quartly bonus but not much. Good vacation days and boss doesn’t micro manage me.

Cons

Boss can be annoying because he wants to look good for the team. Puts a lot of pressure on you to get things. Not enough pay for the economy we live in now.
