Pros

Office space is very nice and employees are hard working and loyal. The company offers innovative technology when it comes to credit card processing and options for cashless payments systems.

Cons

President is a nightmare. His displeasure with any particular thing about you is communicated not to you but to his loyal followers. You are either part of the clique or not. The "nots" are eventually gone. The work environment is oppressive and fearful. Most people try to fly under the radar if they can stick it out.
