Lots of new business, plenty of growth, opportunities abound!

Pros

Entrepreneurial but stable and catching momentum in the industry. The contracts currently in motion and the upcoming work should allow the company to double if not triple is size over the next 3 years.

Cons

Some people still have a "small company" mindset and are both fearful and unwilling to change.

Cons

Salary, leadership (lack thereof), CTO, and too many egos. Financial stability of the company is questionable.

What can you expect from a dying company?

Cons

Many good ones already left or in the process of leaving. Who ever is hanging on is closer to president without any skills. It is a big bully company. It looks like a ghost town now. No opportunities for growth. Your talent is not recognised
