Cons
You get berated for not being able to handle specific assignments that no one was able to help with or had any idea how to do in the first place. Told to do something specific by a VP then get yelled at as to why it was done that way. No one knows who's responsible for specific tasks. You spend more time trying to find specific people in specific departments than it would if they had an org chart. Organization is non-existent. You go to 8 people who say that's its not there responsibility, then you and the first person you talked to was the one whom was responsible.
