- Free snacks, drinks, lunches in the office - Flexible WFH

Cons

- Management: Zero leadership. Some mid managers do actually care about their ICs, but majority do not. Upper & Mid Managements frequently berate employees for not meeting unrealistic expectations, creating a hostile and fear driven work environment. Promotions based on favoritism. - Workload: Expect the typical startup workload. No raises btw. - Process: Constant chaos & change of directions. Extremely disorganized. - Pay: no raises unless promoted. Salary is less than average.

The people here are hardworking, committed and deeply collaborative, making FreedomPay a motivating place to build a career.

Cons

The flip side of opportunity is that they have to be earned. This isn't a place where promotions happen because you've been here the longest; FreedomPay is genuinely a meritocracy. It may not be the right fit for someone looking for a slow pace with a lot of downtime.

Pros

I have genuinely enjoyed my time with FreedomPay. If you are a hard worker with a positive attitude, the sky is truly the limit. They reward strong employees who contribute to the strategic business vision. If you are just beginning your career, there are few better places to start.

Cons

Pay is relatively low until you hit the Director level. Quarterly bonuses make up for that though. High expectations that are sometimes hard to reach.
