The companies IT leaders, have little to no management experience, which shows heavily on a daily basis. They don't seem to understand the differences between a Manager and a Team Lead, nor properly understand the required principles. They seem to think managers should act primarily as Team leads, or simply don't know what they want. All network issues require managers to join teams calls, yes that's correct all dept. managers are required to join a bridge call whenever an issue arises which is quite often given the lack of proper mgmt and Change Control. Money is offered on the fly for anyone that can resolve the network problem, it feels a lot like HS.

Managers do not know how to lead. Would have weekly meetings just to check off they met, but no feedback or growth. When challenged by senior leadership, they fold and blame their teams they are supposed to lead. NO BACKBONE.
