Quarterly bonuses. Umm that’s all.

Cons

No support. No organization. They don’t even have an org chart. Lost trying to find the right person to talk to. Told a task is too big for said person to assist with then when other directors are on a call said person jumps to perform this task. Work overload with no guidance! They expect a lot out of you with no support!

Interesting technology and expanding market.

Cons

Very political and toxic environment. One minute everything is great, the next, its a disaster. High turn-over. I worked there almost a full year and then was fired for "non-performance". Huh?? Lots of back-stabbing.
