Pay is modestly high on average for Philadelphia, below average for fintech anywhere else. In house food and drinks are free everyday, with a turn of the hot food menu daily. Benefits appear to be good.

Cons

Director level salaries in places like the Valley are in the $200k+ range, meanwhile this company struggles to get to 75% of that amount, no stock, etc. If you've ever worked for an actual fintech, you know the food is just table stakes. And having one hot item as the primary offering on week days is weak, that's what they do at a PayPal on Sunday. On benefits, could not validate how good it was as I didn't use them all that much, since I was so busy providing updates on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, and getting my work done on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.
