Pros

There are No Pros. This company is horrible to work for. Upper-Management favorites and nepotism rule this roost, so if you know someone, or kiss-up, you're in good shape.

Cons

This company is horrible to work for. No chance for advancement, unless you're related to someone in higher position or someone passes away and they need to throw a warm, inexperienced, untrained body in there.
