Really like the team I work on and this far the company feels very employee friendly. But I'm aware I have a smaller scope working remote etc.

The broader organization fosters a strong, positive culture.

Cons

Within Internal IT, there are significant challenges. The new CIO has replaced much of the previous leadership team with individuals from his prior network, and communication with the broader team has been limited. As a result, the department feels disconnected from the wider organizational culture.
