      *authentic relationships are built with colleagues *excellent corporate support *strong client relationships *no 2 days are the same *autonomy *ability to create

      *multiple systems, old *some leaders are chosen for the wrong reasons, leading to uninspiring middle management

      A place run by ladies but owned by men

      Pros

      Up until COVID, job security was good and the work is always interesting.

      Cons

      Progressing slowly - but very much a place where women do the work and men get the credit. If you're a women - work life balance is not something to hope for. Expect to do more and get paid less. If being called names like sweetheart, sugar or honey bothers you - this may also not be the place for you.
