We appreciate your positive feedback on our team environment and culture, and we are happy that you enjoy the work you are doing and the people you have built relationships with. While our industry does require travel and longer hours at times, we are encouraging work life balance throughout the organization and recently implemented an unlimited PTO policy. Your 10+ year investment of time and talent in Freeman is appreciated, and thank you again for sharing your experience!
