Pros

My experience was very positive and I would have been there longer if not for COVID. The company has very good values and empathy was practiced daily.

Cons

The Dallas-based company was plagued with antiquated internal IT, HR, Accounting system issues/practices that often hindered success. Improvements expected starting in 2021.

Pros

Room for advancement and lots of overtime available

Cons

Overtime can be too much but that's the events service industry. Long hours are great when hourly but if you are salary then it can be tough.
