Business Outlook

Pros

Freeman is one of the best event companies to work for and despite the size everyone is like a family. There are so many areas to work with and so much room for growth. You are always learning, pushing yourself, and on the go.

Cons

Company communication is not always up front or clear. This requires a lot of dedication and will become a lifestyle. That is the nature of the industry overall but Freeman really expects you to be available... PTO is not a “real thing” so you have to be in it. However, the experiences are sometimes worth it.
