Pros

Great people and that's it

Cons

Where to begin... There have been so many changes with little regard to how it will impact the culture. Change management is extremely important and Freeman needs some serious work. The changes and new direction are for the best for the company, but there's a lot of unrest causing competition and posturing that makes it impossible to do you work. The company also has a strong hierarchical culture where management often dictates work directly to the individual contributors. If you want to be an order taker, this is fine, but it leaves no room for creativity or new ideas.
