Pros

Great people and that's it

Cons

Where to begin... There have been so many changes with little regard to how it will impact the culture. Change management is extremely important and Freeman needs some serious work. The changes and new direction are for the best for the company, but there's a lot of unrest causing competition and posturing that makes it impossible to do you work. The company also has a strong hierarchical culture where management often dictates work directly to the individual contributors. If you want to be an order taker, this is fine, but it leaves no room for creativity or new ideas.

Pros

None. Keep looking for a better company.

Cons

Low wages. Incompetent management. Lackluster training. Racism. Homophobia. Good ole boy mentality. Zero work life balance. You work so the manager makes his kids soccer game and he barks orders from the bleachers. Zero professionalism and zero values. Or, there’s always the other “manager” who was brought on by his best friend. Neither manager knows anything about the AV industry. Maybe ask them about tents...

Pros

Great and loyal employees. Family owned and operated. Ability to travel.

Cons

Overwork and underpay employees. Take advantage of employee loyalty by putting as much work or as many jobs as they can on each employee. ZERO training.
