Good company, not great company

Pros

The people who work here are some of the best you'll ever meet. It is clear that there is a family value here at the company where coworkers look out for one another and step in to help when needed.

Cons

The company itself does not seem to value their employees in the way they have in the past. Decisions on who to let go during Covid came from who the managers liked the best and not who was best at their jobs. Long time employees who worked tirelessly were let go and people who had worked here less than a year with no previous industry experience were kept on. No loyalty from the top.
