      Pros

      Great benefits, if you get in at the right level you have opportunity.

      Cons

      People who are stuck in their ways are usually in charge, doesn't pay quite as much as other companies in salary but the benefits help balance that out.

We are constantly re-evaluating market trends for compensation, and our goal is to be competitive. As a 90+ year old company, we are making a conscious effort to encourage new ways of thinking and new ways of doing! We know that in order to stay relevant and competitive, we have to stay abreast of new technology and listen to those voices advocating for change.

      Pros

      Have worked as a Tech for Freeman for a while in various locations and have had a great experience. As long as you stay on them to keep you busy you will be fine.

      Cons

      It is a huge company so you have to make yourself known to get consistent work if you are part time.
