Pros

Family and worker owned company. There is profit sharing and 401k contribution/matching by the company.

Cons

Trade show industry consists of crazy hours, stressful deadlines, and seemingly endless work at times.

Pros

The smartest, hardest working teams in the industry - and outside of it. Family values (the good kind) and team spirit make up a culture that is rare and incredibly valued. Management is smart and forward-looking.

Cons

Service culture by nature is demanding, and the speed at which the organization has grown creates its own challenges - although I'd argue those are good challenges to have.
