Pros

Best in class for what they do, with stronger customer focus than employee focus. ESOP is a plus.

Cons

Field offices are better run than corporate function; unconventional management practices, uneven application of existing policies, seemingly arbitrary and high-dollar decisions without solid business case, over-emphasis on trends and initiatives versus solid long-term forecasting and planning. Infrastructure untidy and technology cobbled together. Multiple challenges and obstacles getting assigned objectives met.
