Pros

Entrepreneurial, diversified positions across hundreds of commercial markets, innovating their approach by thinking beyond the business and deeper into the purpose of "bringing people together in meaningful ways"

Cons

Fast growth over the past 10 years without the system/infrastructural building needed to support it - requires some major overhauls that will be painful while we still run the business. Also - not great at bringing people on-board.
