Pros

the values freeman is built on are ones that i value personally, so working for a like minded company is great. freeman, overally, really makes efforts to make employees feel valued. the benefits are really good, and i think they really try to offer the best they can. the executive team is trustworthy.

Cons

the workloads can be heavy. the consideration for your personal time can be overlooked, at least in my area (I.T.) individual departments can forget to show appreciation and work to motivate during stressful times. advancement can be tough. lower management does not always seem to match the skills of the senior management.

Great place to work!

Pros

As a fairly new employee, I can honestly say Freeman is a great place to work. The on-boarding process is well organized, and there is flexible autonomy to get your work done. The people are also helpful and great to work with. Leadership encourages work-life balance, so that's also another plus!

Cons

Although the company has been around for 90 years, it can sometimes feel like a start up trying to catch up to its rapid growth. Rapid growth is not a con, but the lack of processes for the new growth can be a challenge for some.
