Pros

Day to day is never the same, not monotonous work. Feels like I learn something new every day. The company culture is great. Most employees have been with the company for 10+ years and that says a lot. Upper management really values everyone on each team. Great cross-departmental training.

Cons

Working in the event industry means sometimes there are long hours and work over weekends. But that's what you're signing up for!

Pros

I am a a new part-time employee and it's a great job since I'm a college student. They're willing to work around my school schedule, which is hard to find at many jobs. The pay is good as well for my job description. The work environment is friendly and collaborative.

Cons

Part-Time employees do not receive benefits for tuition reimbursement.
