Pros

It is great a place to work and I feel appreciated. With the team that I am on, from day 1, I felt respected, that my opinion mattered and they wanted me to be happy with my position. It is a larger company but they treat everyone as part of their family. From what I have seen, you do work hard but your time off is respected and they really want you to disconnect to recharge. I can see why others choose to come work here and I am glad that I did as well.

I took longer to on board than I expected.
