Pros

Freeman really cares about their employees. They offer great benefits even to part-timers and they have so many fun events to participate in. Also, there's always food in the break room!

Cons

The only con I can think of is that there's not a lot of room for promotion at the Grand Prairie office unless someone leaves/retires.

Pros

Very flexible with my hours. I am able to deal with various family medical problems without worrying about my job. I feel like management values my input, which I find is rare no matter where you work. Benefits package is generous.

Cons

The hours can be long. But they are very up front about that. I personally don't mind it but some would.
